Living Life Like it's GOLDEN

LIFE in every sense of the word and letter is truly feelin' GOLDEN to me.  I can not explain except that I am doing what I am supposed to do!  Helping others along their pathway to success.  Being a helper, an administrator, administrative-type person has always been natural for me and at first I resented it.  The reason why was because I was insecure and caught up in my EGO.  As my wise-counselor, Mary Anna Neal Bradley, author of A Legacy of Inspiration would say, I was only E-dging, G-od, O-ut!  SELAH (see Bible for reference) Because I wanted to be the BOSS LADY!

There was a point in my young life that I felt like being someone's 'assistant' was belittling.  Only a young lad, inexperienced and clueless about what servant-hood is would feel this way. I just didn't get the purpose of serving, but now that I do, I truly understand - without question - the meaning of "the first shall be last and the last shall be first" (another Bible reference). And I embrace it all!

I am absolutely amazed and speechless with the wonderful outpouring of blessings, love and support we receive on behalf of our brand and our clients' brands on a regular basis.  I almost feel guilty because things seem to happen at lighting-fast speed and I'm unable to write a blog about every incident, event, meeting etc.  (that was the original intent of this blog), but I just can't keep up!

I just want to take this moment to show my appreciation for being able to Live my Dreams Out Loud and thank the Heavens, Angels, Universe, GOD and/or whatever you may refer to Him as for giving me and my team this AWE-inspiring experience.

No....life isn't perfect.  I deal with my share of disappointments, aggravations, frustrations and sorrows, but NOTHING can compare to the JOY and FULLNESS of life that I have in the midst of it all.

So, I leave you with a poem from Mary Anna Neal Bradley and some pictures to enjoy that may (or may not) capture some of what we've experienced the last couple of weeks!

EGO
We should all get rid of the ego. It only means Edging God Out.
It's not all about you nor is it all about me. It's about the things that count.

A little less of you, a little less of me will give a little more of US.

We are strong together when we work as a team.
We must also in GOD put our trust.

So, let's not keep Edging God Out, for we do this when we want to be first.

God is the first, the One that's Everlasting. He's the Creator of the Universe.

Just got off the phone with Kirsten Haglund, Miss America 2008, FREAKIN' AWESOME stuff happening!!! For photos, just check out our Facebook - *wink*, it's growing by the day! And by the way, when I let go of the ego God opened the doors for me to step into BOSS LADY status because He knew that I finally understood the process - SERVANT-HOOD
